What’s included in each keychain set?

We offer three keychain sets with different safety tools: Essentials Kit ($45) – Basic safety tools for everyday protection. Advanced Protection Kit ($65) – Includes enhanced self-defense tools like pepper spray and a key knife. Ultimate Self-Defense Kit ($80) – Our most comprehensive kit, featuring a taser, multiple defense tools, and emergency accessories. Are HER Keychains legal to carry?

Most self-defense items like alarms, kubatons, and key knives are legal to carry. However, pepper spray, tasers, and certain tools may have restrictions in some states. Please check your local laws before purchasing.

Do the keychains come pre-assembled?

Yes! Your keychain set comes fully assembled and ready to use.

Can I buy a keychain set as a gift?

Absolutely! HER Keychains make a great gift for friends, family, students, and loved ones. Just make sure the recipient is legally allowed to carry all included tools in their area.

How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after processing. Standard shipping times range from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, and Cash App.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for safety reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping.
